Once orders are placed, you have 24hrs to make any changes to orders otherwise there will be NO REFUNDS after that.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns being that items are custom! Also there are no returns or refunds on charms, fabric or patch orders please be sure to read descriptions and policies before making a purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
